Shipping policy

Michino delivers to France and worldwide. All taxes are included.

 

Your order will be delivered to the address of your choice from the date of confirmation of your order. Once confirmed, you will receive you an email with when the order is sent to you and with all the information needed to track your order in real time. You can use the tracking number to track down your order on the carrier site.  

 

  • Missed delivery

 

If you miss your order, the delivery man will come back another time to deliver it ! 
If you need your order to arrive on a particular day, you may contact us at this email: contact@michinoparis.com we will make sure it's delivered on that time.

 

  • Order not received

 

If you have still not received your order after the announced deadlines and no delivery notice has been left.  You may also contact customer service by email at the following address : contact@michinoparis.com . We will find a solution as soon as possible.

 

  • Conformity with order

 

Upon receiving the item, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the order is correct.

Any irregularities concerning delivery such as:
- damaged package, missing products, degraded products, products not in compliance with the order

Must be reported within the legally required term (14 days), after receiving the order by email to the following address: contact@michinoparis.com
