- Oversee after-sales service requests for U.S. clients
- Ensure smooth operational processes and reporting
- Support the development of Michino Paris in the U.S. market
- Identify opportunities to increase local brand awareness
- Build relationships within luxury, fashion, design, hospitality, and lifestyle communities
- Assist with trunk shows, pop-ups, partnerships, and client events
- Support the wholesale development of the brand in collaboration with our sales partners
- Act as a local point of contact between wholesale partners and the Paris headquarters
- Represent Michino Paris with professionalism, authenticity, and elegance
- Share the story, craftsmanship, and values of the brand with clients and partners
- Act as a key liaison between the New York showroom and the Paris headquarters
- Previous experience in luxury retail, luxury hospitality, showroom management, client relations, or business development
- Strong sales and clienteling skills
- Proven ability to build meaningful long-term relationships
- Excellent organizational and operational abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English required
- Additional languages are a plus

- Develop and structure the brand’s presence in the Korean market.
- Identify and prospect new commercial partners such as boutiques, department stores, distributors, and agents.
- Support the development of strategic partnerships in Korea.
- Analyze market opportunities and contribute to business expansion strategies.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing Korean clients and partners.
- Support order follow-ups, sales coordination, and partner communications.
- Assist with the development of VIP client relationships.
- Ensure excellent service and brand representation.
- Analyze local trends, competitors, and consumer behavior in the Korean luxury market.
- Prepare reports and insights to help refine market strategy.
- Track sales performance and support commercial objectives.
- Support marketing initiatives adapted to the Korean market.

- Coordinate communication between Korean partners and the Paris team.
- Native Korean speaker.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Business School (international business, marketing, luxury management, or similar).
- Strong interest in luxury, fashion, and international brand development.
- Excellent communication skills in Korean and English (French is a plus).

About the Role
As Founding Showroom Manager, you will be the face of Michino Paris in New York.

This role goes far beyond traditional retail.
As the first full-time employee of Michino Paris in the United States, you will work closely with the Paris headquarters and become a key contributor to the development of the brand in the American market.
