Your order will be delivered to the address of your choice from the date of confirmation of your order.Once confirmed, you will receive you an email with when the order is sent to you and with all the information needed to track your order in real time. You can use the tracking  number to track down your order on the carrier site.  

  • Missed delivery

If you miss your order, the delivery man will come back another time to deliver it ! 
If you need your order to arrive on a particular day, you may contact us at this email: contact@michino.fr we will make sure it's delivered on that time.

  • Order not received

If you have still not received your order after the announced deadlines and no delivery notice has been left.  You may also contact customer service by email at the following address :contact@michino.fr . We will find a solution as soon as possible.

  • Conformity with order

Upon receiving the item, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the order is correct.

Any irregularities concerning delivery such as:
- damaged package, missing products, degraded products, products not in compliance with the order

Must be reported within the legally required term (14 days), after receiving the order by email to the following address: contact@michino.fr



  • Return

After order, you have 14 days to return and request a refund.

To return your order and ask for a refund, you may proceed as per:

- request the return at contact@michino.fr with the reason of the return, your order number and your personal details. 
- We will confirm, organize the return and send you a return bill. You will receive a link schedule the carrier to pick up the item on the day and time that suits you.
- It will be checked if the product was returned on its original state and you will be refunded within 15 days.

The Product must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging, undamaged, unmarked or it may be refused and returned to the buyer at his own expense. You will be notified by e-mail and the return processed in accordance with the revised reason.

The Products bought from the “Soldes / Sale” category cannot be exchanged nor refunded.

  • Returns for reference error

If there have been an error of product:
- Product is not the ordered Product, specifying the nature of the problem: reference error, size, color or features problems, entirely different Product, defective Product 

You have 15 days to notify the error and proceed as per:
- Contact us at contact@michino.fr and notify the error
- We will confirm, organize the return and send you a return bill. You will receive a link schedule the carrier to pick up the item on the day and time that suits you.
- Depending on the nature of the product, available stocks, and according to the your choice, We will offer you the possibility to send back the original Product or a Product with equivalent features or a refund (that will be done within 15 days)

The Product must be returned in good condition and in its original packaging, even if opened, with all its contents (accessories, strings, instructions)
