How do we re-invent a classic flap bag?
A functional cross-body flap bag that remainds true to our simple aesthetic philosophy, but just the right amount of that twist that makes the seemingly classic, not so. Elysee bag was born from such brainstorming. Classic by its function and innovative by its invention of the curved metal eyelet that are cleverly inserted into the leather, the Elysée bag marries tradition and innovation. The metal piece ergonomic eyelets which were engineered and created especially for this bag bring modernity which juxtapose the traditional shape of the flap bag. Made with grained calfskin from the French tannery Du Puy, the classic silhouette is here revisited to be something completely new. The Elysee bag joins the family of iconic Michino bags – they unite by simplicity, a sense of chic and ancored with values of high quality leather and craftsmanship.
