We provide customers who order bags with shipping that includes postage and customs fees

We deliver the order to your address within 3-4 business days from our warehouse.
Which shipping company do you use?
We use DHL Express for delivery.

RETURN/EXCHANGE :
How can I return or exchange?
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will provide detailed instructions for the procedure.
I want to change the color of the ordered item.
Changing the color after the order is confirmed may be difficult due to stock availability. If the desired color is in stock and the item has not been shipped from our warehouse, it might be possible to change it. Please contact our customer support as soon as possible.
What is the warranty period for the products?
Our products come with a warranty against manufacturing defects. Please refer to the warranty certificate included with the product for the warranty period and details.

BAG :
Can you tell me about the material and manufacturing process of the bags?
We use calfskin (calf) or taurillon leather from France/Italy for our leather. All our bags are meticulously handcrafted by skilled artisans in Florence, Italy.
What is the weight of the bag?
The main body of the Lutece Small weighs approximately 530g, and the main body of the Lutece Mini weighs around 420g. The straps weigh approximately 100g each. Although made with luxurious genuine leather, the bags are surprisingly lightweight.
Is custom ordering possible?
Currently, we do not accept custom orders. We appreciate your understanding.
